We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Coordinator to assist in the management of contracts with designated suppliers, collaborating with internal teams and aiding supplier managers in performance reporting, service delivery, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Shared Services Supplier Management team in overseeing relationships with a variety of suppliers categorized as critical or high risk.
  • Organize and facilitate governance meetings, manage documentation, and conduct risk assessments and reporting.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers, addressing incidents and analyzing performance and risk metrics.
  • Ensure effective management of contracts.
  • Organize and prioritize workload, making activities visible for effective management.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills to engage with internal and occasionally external stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in understanding Tesco Bank's mission and business operations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with third-party management frameworks or a willingness to learn about compliance aspects.
