Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Programme & PMO Manager to architect, organize, and implement a comprehensive programme plan in alignment with an ERP initiative. This role encompasses three key areas: PMO/Portfolio Management, overseeing a team of two Project Managers, and delivering on several pivotal programmes that require strategic direction and execution.

This position is ideal for a seasoned PMO/Portfolio or Project/Programme Manager who possesses experience in both PMO/Portfolio roles and has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the delivery programme to support the ERP initiative.
  • Establish and integrate the PMO framework to ensure effective project management.
  • Create project plans that guarantee the fulfillment of requirements within set timelines and budgets.
  • Develop a robust network of vendors and partners to provide essential technical expertise.
  • Oversee the programme, setting and agreeing on priorities to maximize benefits and services.
  • Lead the reporting on project progress and overall status.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within a PMO or Portfolio environment is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering projects or programmes is crucial.
  • Aptitude and willingness to mentor and develop other project managers, regardless of their experience level.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with complex business streams is beneficial.
  • Strong governance and organizational skills are required.
  • Excellent reporting capabilities are essential.
