Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking a skilled Portfolio Programme & PMO Manager to architect, organize, and implement a comprehensive programme plan in alignment with an ERP initiative. This position encompasses three key components: PMO/Portfolio Management, oversight of two Project Managers, and the execution of critical projects requiring focused delivery and leadership.
This role is ideal for a seasoned PMO/Portfolio or Project/Programme Manager who possesses both PMO/Portfolio experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the delivery programme to support the ERP initiative.
- Establish and maintain the PMO framework to ensure effective project management.
- Create detailed project plans to meet requirements within established timelines and budgets.
- Develop a robust network of vendors and partners to provide necessary technical expertise.
- Oversee the programme, setting and agreeing on priorities to maximize benefits and services.
- Lead the reporting of project progress and status updates.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience within a PMO or Portfolio environment is essential.
- Hands-on experience in delivering projects or programmes is a must.
- Strong desire and capability to mentor and develop other project managers.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Experience in managing complex business streams is beneficial.
- Excellent governance, reporting, and organizational skills are required.
Work Environment:
Applicants should be prepared to work in the office three days a week. This role is suitable for individuals within a reasonable commuting distance or those willing to relocate.
