About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Pertemps Scotland. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project goals and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Financial Management: Manage the project budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources.
  • Risk Management: Develop risk management plans, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring engineering solutions meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Design Review and Compliance: Oversee design reviews, technical specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to keep all parties informed and engaged.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure all project activities adhere to organisational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Participate in post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement best practices.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Qualification in Engineering and Electrical background.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in Process Automation and Control System.
