About the Role:

TUALCOM is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Commercial Engineer to join our sales team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the UK and potentially international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the Sales Manager's strategy.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate closely with the marketing department to execute sales strategies, participate in trade shows and exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events, and contribute to the creation of marketing materials.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with existing clients, using disciplined usage of our CRM and following up all sales leads through to conclusion.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the GNSS, RF, and Radio Navigation sectors and report these to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, communication engineering, or industrial engineering is preferred.
  • Equivalent qualifications in related fields will also be considered.
  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with electronic components and systems is essential.
  • Flexibility: The role requires travel within the UK and occasionally abroad to engage with clients and attend industry events.
  • Candidates must be open to travel as needed.
  • Native Turkish language skills are highly desirable.
  • Self-Driven: The successful candidate must be highly motivated and proactive to learn about sales processes and master our products.
  • Data Minded: This role requires knowledge and experience using business systems (CRM, ERP, and Data Analysis) to help navigate the client space as well as fully grasp how the full spectrum of products translate into our business systems.
