About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Commercial Division at ToTaCo - B2B Sales Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the commercial washroom solutions market across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including timber and plumber's merchants, and contractors
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial washroom solutions and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales within the washroom industry, with a strong understanding of commercial washroom solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
