Opportunity for Sales Manager

Super Smart Service is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts. This role is pivotal in driving our sales performance and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales Objectives: Drive the attainment of annual sales goals and oversee the execution of the company's sales strategy.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales management systems, strategies, and budgets to boost team efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the sales team, conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment with sales targets.
  • Market Expansion: Advocate for company products, broaden market reach, and cultivate new client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain significant client relationships to improve customer satisfaction and enhance market share.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate sales data and generate reports to inform future business strategies.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training for the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing sales teams.
  • Market Insight: Strong understanding of market dynamics and proven leadership capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
  • Availability: Open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
