Outbound Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to enhance our efforts in delivering exceptional service to our clients, colleagues, and the planet.

With a workforce exceeding 1,000 across various locations nationwide, we excel in providing high-quality cooking oils and collecting organic waste, which is transformed into bio-methane, electricity, heat, and organic fertilizer. Our community-oriented depots aim to give back to local areas whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the performance of the outbound sales team, ensuring adherence to best practice sales processes.
  • Monitor call quality through one-on-one sessions and collaborative coaching.
  • Analyze and manage data in various formats, ensuring accurate recording of all sales activities.
  • Drive improvements in new account setups, ensuring the team understands and achieves 'what good looks like.'
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in the sales methodology and outcomes of the outbound sales team.
  • Motivate the outbound sales team through ongoing performance management and recognition initiatives.
  • Assist the Head of Sales in managing key campaign partners as needed.
  • Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner.
