Job DescriptionEuropean Sales Representative

About the Role
The European Sales Representative will be responsible for researching and prospecting new business opportunities, generating leads, building and managing relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service and account management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful organization and contribute to its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop a list of potential clients and prospects
  • Work through the list, making cold calls to introduce the company and its services
  • Efficiently manage sales enquiries, providing competitive quotations and maintaining clear communication throughout the process
  • Follow up with initial new business calls, enquiries, and quotations sent
  • Daily contact with existing customers to develop relationships and identify potential new sales opportunities
  • Liaise with contacts at all professional levels
  • Ensure the CRM database is up to date and all activity is recorded
  • Work towards set KPIs and sales targets
  • Promote the company and its services on various platforms

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and be fluent in either French or German. A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ambition are essential, as well as a team-focused mentality. The candidate should be able to work under pressure, manage a busy workload, and be commercially aware. Excellent communication and listening skills are required, as well as the ability to adapt when liaising with customers at various levels. Self-motivation and results-driven, the candidate should be committed to providing the highest possible service and solving customers' problems. IT proficiency, particularly with CRM systems, is beneficial.
