Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Sales Region Manager to join our team at Super Smart Service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the US and EU regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address any issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Super Smart Service remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales team management and logistics business.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
