About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Tyman UK & Ireland. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on a broad range of IT service requests.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of our division-wide support function.
  • Support the IT Manager and wider team as required.
  • Manage and maintain our IT support helpdesk, ensuring it is up-to-date and running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a 1st line IT support role or a relevant qualification in this field.
  • Good working knowledge of general Microsoft software and network connectivity.
  • Experience of Windows server, Hyper-V, Cisco Meraki, Esxi and Mimecast would be beneficial.
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure, to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach to customer service.
