Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of our data backups, collaborating with the IT Manager to address any issues.
- Contribute to the development and execution of our IT infrastructure maintenance plan, ensuring it is well-documented and effectively executed.
- Oversee all aspects of our IT systems and network technologies, ensuring they remain operational and stable to meet business requirements.
- Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely updates, resolution of requests, and keeping users informed of progress.
- Plan, test, and manage software deployments, ensuring all software is properly licensed and meets business needs.
- Provide training and development opportunities to our IT Services Technician, helping them deliver reliable and efficient services across the organisation.
