Role Overview

We are seeking an Operational Insights Analyst who shares our vision of Money Without Borders. This role involves collaborating with our operational teams to leverage data-driven insights that will enhance our rapidly expanding product offerings through effective scaling and optimization.

As an Operational Insights Analyst, you will spearhead our analytical initiatives within the operations teams, which encompass a range of functions from customer support to fraud detection and identity verification at scale.

Your collaboration will be crucial as you work alongside operational leaders, product managers, designers, and engineers to translate your findings into actionable changes that benefit our customers and advance our mission.

Your objective:

Enhance your team's impact by empowering them to make informed decisions for our customers through analytical insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

Capacity Planning and Forecasting. Develop and refine analytical models for strategic capacity planning, ensuring alignment with business growth and operational needs. Predictive Modeling and Data Pipeline Management. Oversee data pipelines and create robust models to guarantee operational excellence and efficiency. Strategic Analysis and Support. Deliver critical insights to evaluate the operational effectiveness of the KYC function, perform comprehensive cost analyses, and provide detailed assessments of operational metrics to gauge their impact on customer experiences. Performance Monitoring and Initiative Enhancement. Track and assess the performance of key strategic initiatives, identifying optimization opportunities to improve operational results. KPI Development and Target Framework. Lead the creation and implementation of the operations KPI framework, integrating these metrics into reporting pipelines and strategic operations. Stakeholder Engagement and Process Standardization. Work closely with various stakeholders to standardize processes across forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations, fostering continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

A bit about you:

You possess over 2 years of experience in analytics. You have a background in operational analytics, including capacity planning, forecasting, efficiency analysis, and experimentation. You are skilled in building data pipelines. You have advanced proficiency in SQL. You are adept with Excel/Google Sheets. You have experience with programming languages such as Python or R. You are familiar with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and can effectively communicate insights through data storytelling. You are a proactive individual who thrives in empowered team environments.

Additional skills that are beneficial (but not mandatory):

Previous experience in operational domains. Familiarity with Workforce Management teams or systems.
