Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insight Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Insight Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping our approach to player safety and responsible gaming. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and risks, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Use advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to player behavior and protection. Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across the business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company, including product, compliance, and customer service, to integrate player protection insights into every aspect of our operations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Produce detailed reports that highlight key findings and recommendations. Communicate these insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Graduate and/or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (STEM, Maths, Statistics, Physics, but not exclusively) or equivalent experience.
  • Working experience in an analytical role, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Proficient in SQL and one or more of the following: Python, R, SAS.
  • Knowledge of data visualization software, Power BI preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into insights and actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Passion for learning and keeping abreast of new technologies and data models.
