Cargo Charter Sales Specialist

The Cargo Charter division operates continuously to facilitate and coordinate charters for clients, ensuring swift and secure transportation of their goods. This dynamic sales position demands a proactive individual capable of establishing and nurturing enduring client relationships.
As a new entrant to the company, you will be paired with a mentor for the initial 7 months, guiding you through the nuances of the role and the industry. This mentorship will provide invaluable insights into the seamless execution of charter operations.
Key Qualifications- Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development is essential.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in airfreight or freight forwarding is advantageous.
- Client-centric approach with a talent for fostering strong relationships.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
- Driven, ambitious, and eager to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Dedicated and adaptable; this role extends beyond standard working hours.
- Highly organized with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable working towards key performance indicators and targets.
- Resilient, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel frequently and often at short notice is required.
- A valid UK driver's license is mandatory.
Competitive base salary of £35,000 plus 10% uncapped commission.
