Retail Facilities Management Specialist Needed

As the Retail Facilities Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be overseeing a dedicated team of three staff members while ensuring the effective operation of the facilities management framework.


Your main responsibilities will encompass:
  • Updating and maintaining the facilities management system (comprehensive training will be provided)
  • Leading and mentoring your team to achieve outstanding results
  • Preparing cost estimates for various facilities projects (training will be available)
  • Coordinating permits for access to retail environments
  • Developing monthly schedules for in-house maintenance personnel
  • Generating reports to keep all stakeholders informed

To excel in this position, a robust background in retail facilities management and prior supervisory or managerial experience is essential.

Our client offers competitive compensation rates ranging from £20 to £25 per hour, allowing you to earn a commendable salary while engaging in work you are passionate about.
