Aftersales Support Administrator

Position Overview:
The role of Aftersales Support Administrator is available within a leading Farm Machinery Manufacturer.
Location: Office-based in the East Midlands.
Compensation and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive basic salary of approximately £35,000, commensurate with experience.

Position Type:
This is a permanent, full-time role with standard working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break.

The successful candidate will join one of the largest manufacturers in the agricultural and farm machinery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Parts Administration:
- Compile and generate routine reports for the UK parts division, collaborating with the parts team and head office.
- Monitor and report on Parts KPIs.
- Participate in weekly parts meetings and, in the absence of the Aftersales Manager, provide updates to the head office parts team.
- Manage invoicing for third-party orders and process returns.
- Coordinate parts returns and maintain detailed records.
- Assist in generating routine parts information communications.
- Support dealers with general parts inquiries.
Service Administration:
- Track product recall status and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage warranty parts returns and create necessary documentation for customs.
- Facilitate safety and service recalls, ensuring accuracy in communications.
- Assist in training preparation and administration.
- Provide support for warranty registrations and service inquiries.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a dealership or service department in a similar capacity.
- A passion for or experience in the agricultural sector.
- Strong technical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and dealer systems.
- An engineering or technical background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative team spirit.
- Forklift operation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
