Position Overview:

We are seeking an Aftersales Support Administrator to join a leading Agricultural and Farm Machinery Manufacturer. This role is based in the East Midlands and offers a competitive salary of approximately £35,000, commensurate with experience.

Position Details:

This is a permanent, full-time role with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Administration:

  • Compile and generate routine reports for the UK parts division, collaborating with the parts team and head office staff.
  • Monitor and report on Parts KPIs.
  • Attend weekly parts meetings and provide updates to the head office team in the absence of the Aftersales Manager.
  • Manage invoicing for third-party orders and process credits/returns.
  • Coordinate parts returns and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in generating parts information letters and bulletins.
  • Support dealers with inquiries regarding parts.

Service Administration:

  • Track product recall progress and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage warranty parts returns and create necessary documentation for customs.
  • Facilitate training processes and assist in presenting training sessions.
  • Support dealers with warranty registrations and service inquiries.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a dealership or service department in a similar capacity.
  • A passion for or experience in the agricultural sector.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and dealer systems.
  • A background in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively.
  • A collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Forklift operation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
