Support Administrator for Member Investment

About the Role:
We are seeking an administrative professional to support our team with the maintenance of member investments. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately and efficiently.
The role involves supporting the maintenance of member/community accounts and bonds on investment software, assisting administrators with application screening, and providing general administrative support. You will also be responsible for recommending improvements to administration processes and providing a central support role to ensure a continuous dialogue with members and within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining member/community accounts and bonds on investment software
- Supporting administrators with application screening
- General administrative support for accounts, including requesting and logging receipt of required documents
- Recommending improvements to administration processes
- Providing a central support role to ensure a continuous dialogue with members and within the department
- Supporting administrators to answer questions regarding dormant member runs and year-end processes
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a similar role is desired
- Good organisation and administrative skills
- Determination to complete tasks to a high standard and to demanding deadlines
- Education to a good standard of general education – GCSE, NVQ L2/3 or equivalent
- Basic knowledge and desire to develop skills in standard IT/PC applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
