This position focuses on establishing standards for Agile delivery excellence aligned with SAFe principles. You will serve as a visible leader in our transition to SAFe, emphasizing the support required for teams, ARTs, and Solution Trains to become self-organizing and self-managing.

  • Lead and facilitate essential planning and delivery events to ensure ART success.
  • Continuously enhance and optimize ART processes while assisting teams in delivering value alongside Product Managers and System Engineers.

  • Oversee the budget associated with the ART and support Lean budgeting processes to maximize value delivery within PI increments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, championing best practices in Agile Delivery and collaborating with communities of practice.
Qualifications:

Experience in leading ARTs with a strong understanding of how to establish, manage, and deliver high-performing teams.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues effectively.

A servant leader who can coach and support teams in delivering value through a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused outcomes.
