Job Description

Job Title: Release Train Engineer - CRM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead our CRM delivery team. As a key member of our Digital Factory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of business solutions across our Value Stream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Scrum of Scrums: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of business solutions, ensuring alignment across the Value Stream.
  • Agile Coach: Coach leaders, teams, and scrum masters in agile practices at scale.
  • Program Increment (PI) Planning: Establish and communicate the PI cadence/calendar of events and ensure reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Scope Management: Establish the scope of services, service levels, and key processes required to deliver application services within the application portfolio.
  • Vendor Management: Assist procurement to manage vendor relations and maintain vendor accountability.
  • Change Management: Develop change management strategies and approaches, and assist business partners with readiness and change implementation.
  • Audit Support: Provide audit support for both internal and external assessments.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage RFI/RFPs, contract negotiations, and delivery of contract terms.

Requirements:

  • Expert Level Experience: Planning and executing complex, large-scale initiatives or operational areas.
  • Scaled Agile Experience: Working in scaled agile initiatives, scrum mastery, coaching, and complex deliveries.
  • Leadership Experience: Significant leadership experience in insurance and IT.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with Salesforce platforms (Financial Service Cloud preferred) and knowledge of CRM implementation.
  • Agile Methodology: Expertise in agile methodology and ways of working.
