About The Role

We are seeking an experienced administration professional to lead our admin team in delivering the Royal British Legion's Recovery Services strategy.

Our strategic ambition is to expand our highly successful service and create new Recovery Services that support serving personnel and veterans who may have experienced difficult times.

As Recovery Administrator Leader, you will oversee the administration aspects of our recovery programmes, ensuring processes are fit for purpose to deliver a positive experience for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Lead the administrative functions of recovery programs, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Produce service data reports for the Senior Recovery Team to ensure the team is providing the right support to our beneficiaries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for supporting recovery initiatives.
