Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Disabled Workers Co-operative. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial management of our organization, working closely with our corporate finance and management accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance and support to our corporate finance and management accounts teams
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement financial strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, preferably in a corporate finance and management accounts environment
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
