About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planning Manager to join our Amazon Freight Partner team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize freight capacity and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to meet business objectives
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize freight capacity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement capacity planning solutions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
About the Team

Our Amazon Transportation Service team plays a critical role in delivering packages to our customers. As a Capacity Planning Manager, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team that is passionate about innovation and efficiency. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics)
  • Proven experience in capacity planning, operations research, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with operational, supply chain, or logistics teams
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Python, VBA)
