About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales revenue and exceed targets through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with company directives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and visual merchandising plans.
  • Drive and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience within the premium sector is preferred.
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • High level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
  • Awareness of the local market and competitor activity.
