Location: Norwich
Compensation: Up to £30,000pa + Attractive Bonus Structure
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Retail Store Leader eager to spearhead a new store launch.
In a dynamic, high-traffic setting, as the Retail Store Leader, you will be pivotal in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including team development, enhancing store performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and serving as the liaison between the store and corporate headquarters.
With your robust management experience, you will be a vibrant and inspiring leader, actively engaging with your team on the sales floor to guarantee comprehensive coverage and foster an environment that encourages customer loyalty. Your analytical abilities will empower you to make informed commercial decisions, ensuring that merchandise is optimally displayed and readily available.
Key Responsibilities of the Retail Store Leader:
- Proactively driving sales through a customer-focused strategy.
- Overseeing daily business operations to achieve sales targets.
- Guiding staff in daily tasks such as customer service, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and in-store marketing & visual presentation.
- Delegating responsibilities effectively within the team.
- Participating in the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Managing stock inventory efficiently.
Qualifications for the Retail Store Leader:
- A genuine passion for motivating the team to excel in the retail sector.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging with senior business stakeholders.
- Strong commercial insight and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
