Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales performance in our store. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a retail sales team and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage and maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales performance and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyse sales performance and implement changes as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of jewellery and watch products, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
