Role Overview

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in managing daily tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members.


• Oversee team performance, ensuring tasks are completed to the standards set by management.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of processes and procedures, setting a positive example for colleagues.

• Implement daily operational controls and assist in store setup.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.


• Maintain adherence to cash handling and till procedures.


• Identify and maximize sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience.


• Stay informed about product features and benefits, updating knowledge as new products are introduced.


• Follow merchandising guidelines to optimize product placement and meet brand partner expectations.


• Understand and strive to meet KPI targets and performance expectations.


• Exhibit commercial awareness, ensuring the right product is available at the right time and place.


• Familiarize yourself with the organizational structure and strategic initiatives.


• Engage with management to provide feedback and contribute to overall business improvement.


• Assist senior management in coaching and developing team members.


• Support performance management processes and understand individual roles within the team.


• Uphold best practices and compliance standards in daily operations.


• Serve as a role model for the team, fostering a positive work environment.


• Communicate effectively at all levels, inspiring and motivating the team while building strong working relationships.

Essential Qualifications


• Proven experience in leading a team within a retail setting.


• Strong knowledge and passion for luxury brands.


• Ability to drive sales through exceptional customer service.


• Understanding of visual merchandising and its impact on sales.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
