About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a highly skilled multidisciplinary team in the field of adult community eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of professionals to provide high-quality care and services to patients with eating disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and agencies to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a team in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of eating disorders and their treatment.
