We are currently seeking team leaders to enhance our workforce at our latest retail location.

Role Overview

The Objective


• Assist in managing daily operations and distributing tasks among team members.


• Oversee team performance, ensuring tasks are completed to the standards set by management.


• Utilize business communication tools to facilitate task completion and ensure team members are well-informed of essential functions.


• Comprehend all operational processes and set a benchmark for others to follow.


• Exhibit best practices in accordance with seasonal guidelines, promotional campaigns, and merchandising strategies.


• Grasp daily operational controls and the setup of the retail environment.


• Familiarize yourself with company policies regarding security protocols and demonstrate adherence to these standards.


• Ensure compliance with all cash handling and till management procedures.


• Recognize and leverage sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience that aligns with both customer and business expectations.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits, especially as new products are introduced.


• Adhere to merchandising guidelines to guarantee effective product placement, meeting the expectations of our brand partners.


• Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to meet or exceed these targets.


• Demonstrate commercial insight by aligning the right products with the appropriate placement and timing.


• Familiarize yourself with the Frasers Group structure, elevation strategies, and initiatives.


• Engage with management to report issues and contribute to broader business discussions.


• Assist senior management in coaching and developing the team.


• Understand and support performance management processes.


• Recognize your individual responsibilities and their impact on the team.


• Exhibit best practices in daily operations and compliance.


• Support your team and serve as a role model.


• Foster strong, positive communication across all levels, inspiring the team and cultivating good working relationships within the store.

• Proven experience in leading a team within a retail setting.


• Passion for and knowledge of luxury brands.


• Ability to drive sales through exceptional customer service.


• Understanding of visual merchandising and its impact on sales performance.


• Strong communication skills to effectively motivate and engage a team.
