Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Taking Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking processes
  • Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor and analyze stock taking data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in stock management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
