Retail Team Leader

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Team Leader to join our team at Asda Norwich. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
You'll work closely with our store manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
As a Retail Team Leader, you'll be a role model for your team, demonstrating a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the store manager to maintain a positive store environment and achieve business objectives
- Provide coaching and training to team members to develop their skills and knowledge
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about retail, has excellent communication skills, and is able to motivate and lead a team. You'll be a strong problem-solver, able to work under pressure, and have a positive attitude towards learning and development.
