Role Overview

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in managing daily tasks and distributing responsibilities among team members.


• Oversee team performance, ensuring completion of tasks to the standards set by management.


• Utilize business communication tools effectively to facilitate task completion and ensure team members are well-informed about key functions.


• Familiarize yourself with all operational processes and set a positive example for your colleagues.


• Adhere to seasonal guidelines, promotional campaigns, and merchandising principles.


• Comprehend daily operational controls and assist in store setup.


• Abide by company policies regarding security measures and demonstrate compliance.


• Ensure adherence to cash handling and till procedures.


• Identify and maximize sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience.


• Stay informed about product features and benefits, ensuring knowledge is current with new arrivals.


• Implement merchandising guidelines to optimize product placement and meet brand partner expectations.


• Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to meet established targets.


• Exhibit commercial awareness, ensuring the right products are presented at the right time and place.


• Engage with management to provide feedback and contribute to overall business improvement.


• Assist senior management in coaching and developing the team.


• Support performance management initiatives.


• Recognize your role and responsibilities and their impact on team dynamics.


• Uphold best practices and compliance standards in daily operations.


• Serve as a supportive team member and a role model for others.


• Foster strong communication across all levels, motivating the team and building positive working relationships.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications


• Proven experience in leading a team within a retail environment.


• A strong knowledge of and passion for luxury brands.


• Ability to drive sales through exceptional customer service.


• Understanding of visual merchandising and its impact on sales.


• Strong communication skills to effectively motivate and guide a team.
