About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join our team at Fashion and Retail Personnel. As a key member of our merchandising department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement product strategies that meet our clients' needs.
  • Manage the critical path of product delivery, ensuring that products arrive at the correct location at the right time.
  • Build balanced ranges for our clients, taking into account their brand identity and customer preferences.
  • Produce weekly WSSI and line flows to ensure efficient product delivery.
  • Present in weekly trade meetings to discuss product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year's experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills and previous exposure to WSSI.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
