Job Title: Assistant Merchandiser

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for fashion and merchandising to join our dynamic team at Smallworld Accessories Limited. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a key role in assisting the Merchandiser in accurate stock planning and replenishment, delivery schedule maintenance, and management of store portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating the WSSI, preparing and presenting Monday trade packs.
• Support the Merchandiser with planning the season and completing a seasonal and ad hoc analysis.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve retail performance.
