About the Role:
As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a key part in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail assistants. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store's sales and customer service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
