Job Title: Solution ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Solution Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using our software.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and participate in the delivery of software implementations to enable customers to take maximum advantage of our platform.
- Educate customers on what's required for successful implementations and create design alternatives, work estimates, recommendations, and secure agreement on designs that satisfy customer requirements.
- Establish a shared vision of project success during project initiation and confirm a common understanding of project scope, delivery approach, task ownership, and deliverables.
- Control and communicate project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to customers and management.
- Deliver administrator, train-the-trainer, and end-user training sessions, and authoring training materials as required.
- 2+ years of prior experience in delivering enterprise off-the-shelf software or incident management solutions.
- Experience with Visio, MS Project, MS Office, and CRM's such as Salesforce.
- Experience within Incident Management, Investigation and Case Management, Security Risk Management is a bonus but not a must have.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who can take charge of tasks with minimal direction.
- Accountable for your work and willing to invest in research, learning, and practice to make yourself an expert in your field.
