HCM Solutions Consultant

In this role, you will leverage your presentation skills, collaborative solution consulting experience, and HCM expertise to articulate and differentiate the value of Workday solutions.
- Our Solution Consulting teams collaborate with the sales organisation to build a compelling vision of the Workday solution and differentiators as part of a value selling approach.
- You will provide in-depth HCM product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, the sales teams, and existing customers, focusing on employee engagement, talent, people analytics, recruiting, workforce management, and learning.
- Assist in assessing potential applications of Workday solutions to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions while showcasing the value of our solution.
- Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.
- Assist with responding to prospect Request for Proposals on an as needed basis.
- Ability to travel ~30%.
About You
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (or a local equivalent experience).
- Experience demonstrating initiative and committed results, preferably in HCM domain as a HR practitioner or sales/solution consulting of HCM suite.
- Working experience and good understanding of topics including employee engagement, talent, employee experience, recruiting, workforce management, and learning.
Other Qualifications:
- Solution Consulting / Consulting experience with HCM enterprise business solutions a plus.
- Previous work experience in storytelling.
