About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team at Workday (UK) Limited. In this role, you will leverage your presentation abilities, collaborative solution consulting experience, and HCM expertise to articulate and differentiate the value of Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales organization to build a compelling vision of the Workday solution and differentiators.
  • Provide in-depth HCM product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, sales teams, and existing customers.
  • Assess potential applications of Workday solutions to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications.
  • Consult with prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.
  • Assist with responding to prospect Request for Proposals as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or local equivalent experience.
  • Experience demonstrating initiative and committed results, preferably in HCM domain as a HR practitioner or sales/solution consulting of HCM suite.
  • Working experience and good understanding of topics including employee engagement, talent, employee experience, recruiting, workforce management, and learning.
