In this position, you will leverage your presentation skills, collaborative solution consulting experience, and HCM expertise to articulate and differentiate the value of Workday.

  • Our Solution Consulting teams collaborate with the sales organisation to build a compelling vision of the Workday solution and differentiators.
  • You will provide in-depth HCM product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, sales teams, and existing customers, focusing on employee engagement, talent, people analytics, recruiting, workforce management, and learning.
  • Assist in assessing potential applications of Workday solutions to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for development and implementation.
  • Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.
  • Assist with responding to prospect Request for Proposals as needed.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.

Solution Consulting will equip you with skills such as:

  • Domain expertise and experience in HCM and cross-ERP functions.
  • Strong presentation skills, including focused software demonstration techniques, sales messaging, and storytelling.
  • Proven experience working with various internal and external stakeholders, focusing on the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
  • Problem-solving skills to address prospect concerns and requirements and craft creative solutions.
  • Value-based selling in a Solution Consulting/Sales Consulting environment.
  • Strong technical and industry knowledge to assist with solutioning and problem-solving.
  • Tight-knit collaboration and team spirit, working across various lines of business and partners to achieve positive customer outcomes.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or local equivalent experience.
  • Experience demonstrating initiative and committed results, preferably in HCM as a HR practitioner or sales/solution consulting of HCM suite.
  • Working experience and good understanding of topics including employee engagement, talent, employee experience, recruiting, workforce management, and learning.

Other Qualifications:

  • Solution Consulting/Consulting experience with HCM enterprise business solutions a plus.
  • Previous work experience in storytelling.
