The Enterprise Applications Practice is responsible for delivering advisory and project implementation services related to Oracle Cloud Applications.

This role involves performing advisory, project design and implementation services to address HCM and other customer business needs by leveraging the full suite (or subset) of Oracle HCM Cloud products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of end-to-end solutions for specified HCM modules from initial conception through to configuration and testing.
  • Document business requirements, configurations and transformational goals to achieve client objectives.
  • Support Solution Architects and Project Managers in managing scope, plans and budget.
  • Lead identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, and training within projects.

You will be based in the UK and may be required to travel up to 100% depending on project needs.

We are looking for an experienced professional with multiple years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing multiple industry clients.

Candidates should possess relevant skills and qualifications, including:

  • Multiple years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud design, configuration and implementation
  • Evidence of appropriate Oracle vendor formal training, skills development, and certification
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics and reports
  • Proven ability delivering complex and time-sensitive projects
