Job Title: Oracle HCM Transformation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Transformation Expert to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our Powered Enterprise function, you will play a crucial role in delivering cloud-based HR solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and product understanding
- Lead the delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams for Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change
- Facilitate client-facing meetings and workshops with larger groups of client teams
- Lead offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or process areas for successful deployment
- Develop lasting client relationships and build a network of experience to address client needs

Requirements:

- Experience in implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM cloud platform
- Expertise in Core HCM module
- Background in functional consulting, advising, and implementing business process changes within HR
- Demonstrable experience in leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with larger groups of client teams
- Responsibility for end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including leading offshore teams
- Consultancy background with experience in pre-sales and business development activities

Skills We'd Love to See:

- Experience in other Oracle HCM packages, such as Benefits, Workforce Modelling, or Work Life

Our Locations:

We are open to discussing this role with talent across the country, but our core Tech hubs are London Canary Wharf, Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds. This position will largely be based from London or Manchester.
