About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team at Workday (UK) Limited. As a key member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a critical role in articulating and differentiating the value of Workday solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our sales organization to build a compelling vision of the Workday solution and its differentiators.
  • Develop and deliver in-depth HCM product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, sales teams, and existing customers.
  • Assess potential applications of Workday solutions to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for development and implementation.
  • Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.
  • Assist with responding to prospect Request for Proposals as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or local equivalent experience.
  • Experience demonstrating initiative and committed results, preferably in HCM domain as a HR practitioner or sales/solution consulting of HCM suite.
  • Working experience and good understanding of topics including employee engagement, talent, employee experience, recruiting, workforce management, and learning.
