Leadership Opportunity in Foodservice Sales

A challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Sales Director role is now available at Fresh Direct, a leading foodservice provider. This position offers a competitive basic salary (dependent on experience), along with a bonus, company car, and a home-based contract. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing client base while reporting on performance and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to implement pricing strategies and optimize sales performance
  • Set targets and ensure performance measurement and regular reviews
  • Work closely with operational management to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in the foodservice industry, preferably in a sales or account management role
  • Proven track record of sales and business development success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • High energy and positive attitude, with a passion for the foodservice industry
  • Proficient in IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
