The Roseate Hotels & Resorts, celebrated for their thoughtful restoration of historic properties and exceptional hospitality, offer an unparalleled experience.

We are in search of a skilled and driven Facilities Operations Manager to lead and oversee all operational maintenance for our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance functions within the hotel.
  • Design and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical challenges.
  • Maintain a stock of essential spare parts and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards in all maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare and oversee the maintenance budget.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
  • Keep precise records of all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a facilities management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
