We are in search of a skilled and driven Facilities Operations Manager to lead and oversee all operational maintenance for our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance functions within the hotel.
- Design and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical challenges.
- Maintain a stock of essential spare parts and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in all maintenance tasks.
- Prepare and oversee the maintenance budget.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
- Keep precise records of all maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a facilities management role.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
