Job Description

Roseate Hotel London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Manager - Duty Manager to join our Front Office team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests and carry out reception duties, including welcoming and escorting guests, checking guests in and out, handling cash and keys, and addressing guest queries and complaints.
  • Work a flexible roster, including weekends, days, and nights, to ensure 24/7 guest service.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Hotel Duty Management experience within a 5-star environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering service excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests.
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
