Team Coordinator

**Job Summary**
Anderson Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Administrator to join our client's small and friendly team on a full-time permanent basis. As the first point of contact for customers, transportation, and warehouse, this role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide administrative support to the team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide general administration support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Enter data into the company's systems and maintain accurate records.
- Generate and maintain spreadsheets to track data and performance metrics.
- Assist with the creation of delivery labels and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the business as a whole by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Working Hours and Benefits:**
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Free onsite parking and café.
