This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team within the Gloucestershire Perinatal Mental Health Service. The service provides mental health assessment and treatment for women and their families during pregnancy and up to 2 years after birth.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to the specialist team, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of messages and communications.
- Respond sensitively and compassionately to service users, providing a high level of customer service.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Utilize the Trust's Patient Information System (RiO) and Excel to extract, record, and input data accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute papers in a timely manner.
- Proactively manage invoices within Trust guidelines, ensuring adherence to Petty Cash policy and the Trust Standing Financial Instructions.
