Job Title: Senior Radiographer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Radiographer to join our dynamic and friendly CT team at The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality images across a range of CT examinations, managing and supporting band 5 Radiographers and students, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CT service. They will also be responsible for promoting education and training within CT, keeping up-to-date competency records, and actively participating in CPD.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Radiography or Diploma of College of Radiographers, be HCPC registered, and have relevant post-registration experience in a specialist area. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.
