Job Title: HR Business Partner

Join TeacherActive as an HR Business Partner and play a critical role in driving organizational success. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic HR partnership and support to management and employees, ensuring a value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with overall business requirements.
  • Partner with Leadership: Work closely with management to develop and implement organizational strategies that drive business success.
  • HR Policy Guidance: Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to management and employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Talent Management: Drive initiatives to establish and retain talent within the organization, collaborating with managers to understand future resourcing needs.
  • Change Management: Support the performance appraisal process and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers.
  • HR Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, using data to predict and diagnose organizational issues and develop solutions.

Requirements:
  • CIPD Qualified: At least two years of experience in a similar role, with one year operating as a business partner.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
